1. Introduction

Welcome to Icare Service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Icare Service application and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. This service operates under the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR).

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• One account per user only

3. Use of Services

Icare Service is a platform that connects users with service providers such as maids, technicians, caregivers, and drivers. By using the service you agree to:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Treat service providers with respect
• Provide accurate information regarding location and service details
• Not use the platform for illegal activities

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification in the app
• You may cancel a booking more than 2 hours before the service at no charge
• Cancellations within 2 hours of the service may incur a fee
• Not being present when the service provider arrives counts as a late cancellation

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed in Lao Kip (₭) and include applicable taxes
• Payment can be made via the app or in cash where available
• Prices may vary depending on service type, duration, and location
• We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice

6. Service Providers

All service providers undergo background checks and training. However, service providers are independent contractors and are not employees of Icare Service. We strive to ensure quality service but do not guarantee 100% success in all circumstances.

7. Guarantee and Rebooking

• If you are not satisfied with the service, please report within 24 hours
• We will consider a free rebooking or refund on a case-by-case basis
• Claims must include evidence such as photos or detailed descriptions

8. Liability

• Icare Service is not liable for indirect or special damages
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the booked service
• We are not responsible for force majeure events

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases of: violation of these Terms, inappropriate behavior towards service providers, fraud, or illegal activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the People's Court of Vientiane Capital.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
